You will be responsible for leading audit engagements and providing guidance to junior team members. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of audit methodology and best practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for planning and executing audits, reviewing workpapers and financial statements, and preparing reports for clients. You will also be expected to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and to identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided. Five plus years experience required and CPA license strongly recommended.
You will be responsible for assisting senior team members in the planning and execution of audit engagements. You will be expected to have a strong foundation in accounting principles and an eagerness to learn and grow. You will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, preparing workpapers, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. You will also be expected to support senior team members in cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients.

Lisa Hoskinson is a respected and accomplished certified public accountant with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. Her career began in New Jersey with a medium-sized public accounting firm. She has a strong track record in managing private company and small business audits, reviews, and compilations, and has demonstrated her expertise in preparing and reviewing individual and corporate tax returns. Lisa’s dedication to her clients and her commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trusted and reliable professional.
Jim Gaudreau is an accomplished and highly respected certified public accountant with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He has a diverse background, having worked in both small and large firms before establishing his own practice in 2009. Throughout his career, Jim has earned a reputation for his professionalism and commitment to his clients, and he has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver exceptional service. As a team member, Jim is known for his ability to work seamlessly with his colleagues and his dedication to helping our clients achieve their goals.
Jim was the Chair for an international not-for-profit organization and a board member for six years. He was also President of the New England chapter for 10 years.
Jeff Murphy has over 40 years of public accounting experience, from working briefly for a large international firm auditing financial services early in his career to being a partner in local and regional firms for over 25 years specializing in a firm’s quality control and auditing practices. Jeff has vast experience in not-for-profit, commercial and employee benefit plan audits.
He has served on the board of directors in the capacity of Treasurer of many Merrimack Valley not-for-profit organizations.
Jeff was an adjunct professor for Merrimack College for over 10 years specializing in auditing and various other accounting courses. He has also been an instructor for various CPA societies’ classes including ethics, staff training, and risk-based auditing.
